Chaithanya Foundation and the Catholic Sabha of the Mogarnad Parish Organize Blood Donation Camp

Bantwal, 11 November 2010: Chaithanya Foundation Siddakatte and Mother of God Youth Movement of the Mogarnad Parish  organized a blood donation camp in association with the Catholic Sabha of Mogarnad parish, at St Anthony’s School , Amtoor, Karingana, near here recently.

 

Fr. Leo Lobo, parish priest of Mogarnad inaugurated the blood donation camp by volunteering to donate blood.   More than 41 units of blood were collected during the camp by the Blood bank of Wen Lock Hospital, Mangalore.

 

Mogarnad parish Catholic Sabha unit president Denis Martis, secretary Edwin Pasanna and Chaithanya Foundation founder president Nigel Noronha and Prakash Siddakatte  were present at the dais.

 

 

It was the eighteenth Blood Donation camp organized by Chaithanya Foundation so far with collaboration of different organizations.

 

Mother of God Youth Movement president Sunil Pasanna welcomed the gathering and the Mother of God Youth Movement secretary Clara Crasta proposed vote of thanks.
