Mangalore, 30 Aug 2014: The Mangalore Catholic Cooperative (MCC) Bank relocated their Bajpe branch at the ground floor of D’Cunha Complex, a few block away from first floor of Oznam Complex of Bajpe parish, here on Friday August 29.
Bank of Maharashtra former chairman and managing director Allen C Pereira inaugurated the relocated Bajpe branch of MCC Bank Bajpe here on Friday.
Bajpe – St Joseph’s parish priest Fr Leo William Lobo blessed the new premises. MCC Bank chairman Francis Cutinho presided the programme. The paediatrician Dr Jayaram Shetty inaugurated the strong room at the newly-set up branch.
Bajpe - Mohiyuddin Jumma Masjid chairman V Mohammed was the chief guest of the occasion.
The designated director Denis D’Souza in his introductory address said that the branch has been shifted to new premises for the convenience of customers.
Speaking on the occasion Francis Cutinho urged the customers to join hand for the improvement of the bank as also to achieve the status of NRI and schedule co-operative bank by increasing the net worth of the Bank to give more and more facilities to the customers to compete with the nationalized banks.
MCC Bank director Andrew D’Soua honoured the prominent customers of the branch on the same occasion. MCC Bank general manager Raj F Menezes was present at the dais.
MCC Bank directors Archibold Menezes, Herold Fernandes, Dolphy J Patrao, Adolpus Cutinha, Jerald Jude D’Silva, Andrew D’Souza and Judy Pinto were also present on the occassion.
Francis welcomed the gathering. MCC Bank Moodbidri branch manager Derryl Lasrado compered the programme. Bajpe branch manager Sunitha D’Souza proposed vote of thanks.
