Abu Dhabi: India Social & Cultural Center - Women’s Forum Celebrates Holi

Abu Dhabi, 30 Mar 2014: The women’s Forum of India Social & Cultural Center (ISCC) here celebrated Holi festival with much fanfare on Friday March 28.

 
ISCC president Natarajan inaugurated the programme here on Friday at 3.00pm.

Natarajan in his inaugural message said that Holi is a colourful festival; colours will fill the atmosphere as people throw gulal on each other. Holi marks the end of the winter gloom and rejoices in the bloom of the spring time, said Narajan.
The fun-filled Holi Festival included color playing, DJ music, rain dance and Holi delicacies made the event colorful.  A large number of people were present on the occasion.

 

 

Country Club served varieties of Kerala dishes and also Indian traditional delicacies to the gathering.

ISCC general secretary Vinod welcomed the gathering.  The event convener Anita Negi proposed vote of thanks and also thanked the sponsors.  DJs Joel and Dave enthralled the gathering with their melodious music.
