It is most welcom feature of development of rail service in Konkan railway track. Now the responsibility is on the commuters to make best use of the trains. The train stations must be updated with roofs and also over bridges to change the Flatforms, without which senior citizen may not be able to use the Second Flatforms at Udupi. During rainy seaons without roof tops it will be a punishment for travelling-getting in and getting out at udupi station. Similar situation at all costal stations in Konkan Railway .There are no porters to assist the passengers from 2nd Platform to come out. These hurdles must be overcome by the railways and help commuters and commuters must also make use of the trains as far as possiblemake the train services profitable. Any way I congratulate the Leaders who have done some thing to the voters of this region. |
