Kundapur: Son barbarously kills own father at Bidkalkatte

Kundapur, Feb 21, 2014 : In a most tragic incident, a son has barbarously murdered his own father being reported from Avalijaddu, near Bidkalkatte, here on Wednesday February 19 night.

 
The twenty-seven-year-old Narasimha barbarously killed his own sixty-year-old father Narayan Naik who was suffering from nervous breakdown.

 

 
Narasimha is one among 4 sons and 2 daughters of slain Narayan.  Narasimha is an alcohol-addict who would become wild when he is fully drunk.  He used to fight with the family members over trivial issues.

 

 

 
Similarly, Narasimha returned home fully drunk on Wednesday night and asked for beetle-leaves with his father Narayan who told him from where he can get him beetle-leaves in the middle of night.  Narasimha got wild on this reply, slapped Narayan and keep pulling him at the courtyard.  He made fire on the kiln in the courtyard, and heated a iron-plate and charred all over Narayan’s body.  When his family members arrived to restrain him, Narasimha threatened them with a sharp sickle.  Narasimha then slaughtered half-dead Narasimha who passed away silently.   

 
After the heinous act, Narasimha went inside the house and slept as if nothing happened.  Kota police who arrived home on the basis of complaint arrested Narasimha on Thursday early morning.
