Mangalore: Two-month long Chaturmasa Vedic Celebrations to begin in City on Jul 22

Mangalore, 21 Jul 2013: Two-month long Chaturmasa celebrations of this year will be held at the location of burial spot of sixth Vamanashram Swami here, said Kodial Chaturmasa celebration Committee president Vinod Yenneteedi.

 

 
Addressing the media persons at the press meet held at the mutt, here on Saturday July 20, Vinod said that two-month long Chaturmasa celebrations will begin here on Monday July 22 and conclude on Thursday September 19.  The puja celebrations, variety musical concerts and cultural programmes will be held during Chaturmasa celebrations.  It’s significant that Swami of Shankar ashram will perform Chaturmasa Vedic celebrations in city after 11 years, said Vinod.
