Caterer’s truck meets with accident at National Highway 17

Udupi, 25 Jul 2010: West End Caterer’s tempo truck had an accident at Muloor on National Highway (NH17) while returning to Surathkal on Saturday 24 July. The two people in the vehicle Chetan and Hilary, were taken to hospital in a serious condition by the 108 emergency service ambulance.

 

 

Ivan, Sachin, Karthik, Nithesh, Sandeep, Shashi Kumar, Ashwin, Derik, Ashok, Uday, Deepak, and Sushanth were the others who sustained minor injuries. They have been taken to Adarsh Hospital and Hi Tech Hospital in the city. It is suspected that carelessness of the driver caused this accident and a case has been registered at Kaup police station.
