Mangalore: Newly Elected MCC Corporators Felicitated during Workshop on Stress-Free Life in City

Mangalore, 26 Mar 2013: The newly-elected corporators of Mangalore City Corporation (MCC) were felicitated during a workshop on stress-free life by Prajapati Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, here on Monday March 25 evening.
Speaking on the occasion, Brahmakumari Karunaj, chief of Multi Medias Brahmakumaris Mount Abu, Rajasthan, said that identifying the root-cause of stress and discovering the spiritual core at the heart of harmonious relationships by protecting themselves from negative and stressful influence can build a stress-free living. Accepting the uniqueness and identifying the personal strengths and abilities will help to build self-esteem, said Karunaraj.
Brahmakumari Karunaj trained the corporators on stress-free living, positive thinking and on developing self esteem at the occasion.
Karunaji stressed the holistic spiritual approach is essential to survive in the chaotic life.
Only thirty-three corporators out of total strength 60 attended the workshop.
