Ah, I just realized BV, Bahrain is as young (or old)as Bloody Thursday-2011. What a coincidence! As BV marked its anniversary, the Pearl Uprising too were marking theirs. I have a reason I link these events. I sense anxiety, stress and fear among our people, both bachelors and living with families. Rents are rising in localities considered safe, and not all our people can afford those localities. Under such trying circumstances, the leaders of BV(B)have an ominous task on their shoulders. May the conviviality and community spirit generated come handy when, God forbid, any member or non-member from Belle and neighboring parishes is affected by the unrest. All the best.
