Udupi: Administration reviews preparations for the installation of the Diocese of Udupi

Udupi, 11 Oct 2012: The preparations for the constitution of the new Diocese of Udupi and installation of the new Bishop for the same, Rev. Dr. Gerald Isac Lobo at Kalyanpur on October 15, 2012 were reviewed by the administration under the leadership of Raghupathi Bhat, MLA of Udupi on October 9, 2012 at the Office of  Milagres Cathedral.

 

 

The review meeting was attended by  by Episcopal vicar of Udupi Fr. Baptist Menezes, ShriKumar - Additional Deputy Commissioner of Udupi District, Dr. Boralingiah - Superintendent of police, Ramachandra Bayari – Udupi District Health Officer, Gokuldas Prabhu – Commissioner CMC Udupi, PDW Engineer, Traffic Control Police, other Civic Officers along with  Fr. Stany B Lobo, Parish priest - Milagreas Cathedral Kallianpur and Chairman Organizing committee, members of Various Committees.
