Vanamahotsava and Shramadhana Observed in Pamboor

Pamboor, 08 Jul 2012: Vanamahotsava was conducted in Pamboor School on 07 July 2012 with Youngstar Pamboor (a youth group in Pamboor). A student from the school spoke about the importance and significance of Vanamahotsava. Plant saplings were planted in the school premises. Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Charles Lewis, School Headmaster Mr. Herald D’Mello and the President of Youngstar group Mr. Vishnuprasad were present on the occasion.

 

 

Vanamahotsava and Shramadhana were also conducted by ICYM today 08 July 2012 after the mass. Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Charles Lewis, President of ICYM Denzil Menezes, Secretary Loyal D’souza, and the Advisor Mr. Anil were present and they also planted the saplings. After planting the saplings Shramadhana was conducted by ICYM and Youngstar Pamboor group by cleaning the premises near the Church compound.
