Five Journalists Selected for Mangalore Press Club Honorary Award

Mangaluru, Jan. 21: Five senior journalists from Dakshina Kannada district have been selected for the 2024 Mangaluru Press Club Honors.

 

Bhaskar Rai Katta (News Release), Muhammad Arif Padubidire (Vijaya Karnataka), Ragharam Nayak (Hosadiganta), Jitendra Kundeshwar (Vishvavani) and press photographer Satish Ira (Udayavani) were selected for the honorary award. The honorary award consists of a cash prize of Rs. ten thousand, a plaque, Includes souvenir.

The felicitation ceremony will be held at the Mangalore Press Club Day celebrations to be held on January 26 from 10:00 am at "Palemar Garden" near Morgan’s Gate, Mangalore, said Ibrahim Adkasthala, General Secretary of Mangalore Press Club, in a statement.
