Mangalore: The Muhurta ceremony of Part 1 of Production No. 1 Tulu movie was held at Padubidri Mahalingeshwar Mahaganapati Temple on Thursday morning. After offering prayers in the temple, the program was started by lighting the lamp.

 

Speaking later, former minister Vinay Kumar Sorake said, "There are countless people who have admired the Tulu language, culture and food habits all over the world. Tulu drama, cinema and Tulu artists are making a lot of efforts for the development of Tulu language. If we pray in the presence of Mahaganapati of Padubidri, our wish will be fulfilled. May this movie be successful. It is a great pleasure to participate in this program," he wished.

 

Senior stage actor Vijay Kumar Kodiyal Bail Matadi, "Now is a great time for Tulu cinema. Shooting for 9 movies is going on in Mangalore. People will definitely accept good movies. Tulu people should support the efforts of the film team, he said. Good luck to the film team.

 

Kuseldarase Naveen D. Padil said, "May the film be a success. Let the movie make a good name in Tulu Nadu," he said.

Lead actor Shodhan Shetty said, "I had prepared to make the film in 2019 itself. But there was a delay due to some reason. Now is the time. With your cooperation, the movie will be made well. We are going to launch the title after the shooting of part 1 is over," he said.
