“Abhiyantarashree” from Karnataka Sangh Qatar to Shri Subrahmanya Hebbagilu, Vice President of India

Doha-Qatar: Mr. Subramanya Hebbagilu is originally from Byndur, Karnataka. He joined Gulfar Al Miss Nad Engineering and Contracting Company in Qatar in 2007. Now currently working as an engineer in the quality reservation department and working in collaboration with the works. He has been involved in many high-profile projects that have been successfully completed in Qatar. He has worked exclusively on projects related to environmental friendliness, growth and sustainability in Qatar.

 

He has actively involved himself in community and social service industries and has served as Vice President of Karnataka Sangh Qatar and Joint Secretary of Indian Community Benevolent Forum.

 

Apart from taking part in the activities of many associations, he has also received many awards in recognition of his tireless service. Currently, he is serving as the Vice President of the Indian Cultural Center for the second time under the auspices of the Indian Consulate. And Galfar Toastmaster is serving his third term as president of the association.

 

During the corona epidemic, he not only provided food to many victims but also helped hundreds of people by arranging flights to return to India from Qatar.

On 15 September 2024, Indian Ambassadors to Qatar Ghanwetta Shri Vipul and members of the Indian Cultural Center and Karnataka Sangh Qatar Administration Committee conferred the Abhiantara Shri award on Shri Subrahmanya Hebbagilu at the Abhiyantar Day program held at the Ashoka Hall of the Indian Community Centre.
