Mumbai: Old Students Association of Vijaya College Mulki holds third Annual General Meeting

MUMBAI, (RBI) Sep 01: The 3rd Annual General Meeting of Vijaya College Mulki, Vishwa Hale Vidyathis Sangh, Mumbai was held last Saturday (Aug 31) at Majestic Annex Hotel, Borivali West, under the chairmanship of Vasudeva Salyan, President of the Sangh.

 

Vasudeva Salyan said that Hale Vidyathis Sangha is working for the upliftment of Vijaya College. 4 lakhs is being given every year to the poor students. He said in the presidential speech that such a good work can be done with the generous cooperation of Halevidyathis residing in Mumbai and abroad.

Alumni like K.N Suvarna, Bhaskar M. Salyan, Prasad Bhandari, CA| Somnath Kunder, CA| Kishore Suvarna, Dinesh C. Salyan spoke and gave his opinion and suggestions.

 

Students like Kashmir Bhaskar Shetty, Kishore Kutyar, Ranjan Shetty, Mohan Shetty, Navinchandra Bangera, Ashok Kolnad, Rita Desa, Sarita Rao, Swaranjayoti Shetty, Usha Shekhar, Shankar Suvarna were present in the meeting.

 

Secretary Bhaskar Shetty presented the annual report in the meeting. Treasurer Ca| Rohitaksha Devadiga presented the accounts. Vice President Advocate Shekhar Bhandari informed about the further activities of the association. Bhaskar Shetty presented the program and thanked.
