Mangalore: Big Boss Rupesh Shetty and team’s Tulu movie "Jai" title unveiling event was held at City Center Mall on Sunday evening. Assembly Speaker U.T. Khader, Mangalore MP Captain Brijesh Chowta, South Constituency MLA D Vedavyasa Kamath were the chief guests.

 

Speaker UT Khader who spoke later said, "In the past it was said that Tulu language was limited only to our district. But today Tulu language is being promoted abroad due to Tulu theater and cinema. All the best to young people like Rupesh Shetty who are working hard for the development of Tulu language today. May the movie be made in a good way and win the hearts of the people," he wished the film team.

 

MP Brijesh Chowta said, "Mamathe has made a film with the Tulu language in mind. The title teaser released today is promising, good luck to all.

 

MLA Vedavyasa Kamath said, "The teaser of the movie has come out amazingly. Today, once more means no use, when the movie comes, Tulu people should go to the cinema theater and watch the movie and say Jai, then their efforts will be worth it," he said.

Telekeda Bolli Devadasa Kapikad, Prakash Pandeshwar, Pammi Kodiyal Bail, journalist Bala Jagannath Shetty, Bhojaraja Vamanjuru, Sharmila Kapikad, Tamma Laxman, Laxmanakumar Mallur, Taranath Shetty Bolara, Prem Shetty Suratkal and others were present in the program. Nitesh Shetty hosted the Ekkar program.

 

Jai Tulu movie is being produced under RS ??Cinemas, Shulin Films and Mugrodi Production banner. Prasanna Shetty has composed Bailur’s story and dialogue for the movie directed by Rupesh Shetty. Cinematography by Vinut K, Music by Loy Valentin Saldana, Editing by Rahul Vasishtha, Dance by Naveen Shetty Aryans, Producers by Anil Shetty, Sudhakar Shetty Mugrodi, Manjunath Attavar, Associate Producer by Dixit Alva, Executive Producer by Naveen Shetty.

 

Devdas Kapikad, Naveen D Padil, Bhojaraja Vamanjooru, Prasanna Shetty Bailur, Sandeep Shetty Manibettu, Umesh Mizar etc. will act in the movie "Jai* Oikla Sai" and the rest of the cast will be selected. The shooting of the movie will be done in October.
