Udupi,09Aug: Smt Rukmini Shedthi Memorial National Primary School Heradi - Barkur – organised free distribution of Uniforms, Sports attire, athletics clothes and Note Books to all students.
It is a great day on 8th August, 2024, at 11.00 am, in the SRSM National Primary School, a Century old Kannada Medium School managed by ‘The Barkur Educational Society’ organised a beautiful programme to allot Uniforms and Books to all its students generously sponsored by SRSM Old Students Association, Kateeleshwari Developers Heradi, Heggunje Rajeev Shetty Charitable Trust, Smt Ashalatha Nagayya Shetty Charitable Trust, Kundapura.
In a well organised stage programme, BES President B Shantharama Shetty who presided over the glittering event, thanked all donors and contributors who come voluntarily come forward and taking care of all necessary requirements for a comfortable learning environment in this School. He also expected similar involvement during the next year 2025, Centenary Celebration and wished both past students and the Centenary Celebration Committee headed by Sankadi Karunakar Shetty and his team all success in reaching out to old students, well wishers and donors.
During the programme past student and President of the yedthadi Panchayat Praksah Shetty, Vice President of BES retired Principal B Seetharama Shetty, BES Secretary Ashok Kumar Shetty, Co-ordinator of National Edu Inst. Archibald Furtado, President SRSM Old Students Association Prakash Tantri, Mohan Poojary President SDMC –spoke aptly on this occasion, specially thanking the donors, congratulating the students and assured their whole hearted cooperation, both on day today activities and most importantly during the forthcoming Jubilee celebration.
Earlier students’ invoked Almighty Lords blessing through soulful singing followed by warm welcome by Correspondent A Ratnakara Shetty and narrated the preliminary preparations for the historical event.
To conclude the well attended programme, Head Master H Ratnakar Shetty proposed vote of thanks to all invited guests, donors, parents, well wishers and students for making the event most meaningful and successful.
