‘Dubai Dance Cup 2024’ by Karnataka Sangha Dubai on May 26

Dubai, 25 May 2024: Karnataka Sangha Dubai an association for Kannadigas in UAE awarded Karnataka Rajyotsava Award in the year 2005 by the Government of Karnataka was founded in the year 1985 and is one of the longest serving association in the UAE who are actively organizing various programs for the Kannadigas in the UAE.
This time it a unique dance competition titled ‘Dubai Dance Cup 2024’ all geared up to be held on 26th May, 2024 at Indian Academy School, Al Ghusais, Dubai. The event is scheduled from 10 am in the morning till 6 pm in the evening and open to all Kannadigas in the UAE.
The categories include Group Folk Dance, Group Cinematic Dance both Junior and Senior. Further there will be Talent Contest Categories in Drawing, Solo Acting and Rangoli. There will also be an Art Exhibition throughout the day.
Spectacular performances will be presented by talented dancers from across the region with special guest performances and appearances along with exiting competitions.
Renowned Sandalwood Star ‘Natya Bhushana’ Dr. Sanjay Shantaram who is also a noted Actor, Choreographer, Classical Dancer, Vocalist and Lyricist will be the Celebrity Judge of the event. Other judges include Yatish Amin, Shilpa Nair & Devanshi Nrithya who are well known in UAE circles. Ganesh Rai and Susmitha Dhruva will be judging the Drawing Competition while Vishwanath Shetty will be the judge for Solo Acting Competition and Susmitha Dhruva will also judge the Rangoli Comptition.
Karnataka Sangha Dubai is fully geared up for the mega event with Future Earth Group as the Title Sponsor and supported by very many sponsors.
Entry is Free and Free Lunch also will be served for all the audiences. Very many entries have been registered and it is learnt that this will be one of the mega event of the year.
