Udupi: Youth shot dead near Brahmavar

Udupi, 03Mar 2024: A 38-year-old youth was shot dead by unidentified persons in his house at Hanehalli in Brahmavar taluk on Saturday night. The deseased identified as Krishna (38), he resided solo in the area.

 

 

The incident occurred on Saturday night, approximately at 9:30 PM, when residents heard the sounds of gunfire. Initially dismissed as possible firecrackers, it wasn’t until Sunday morning, March 3, that locals discovered Krishna’s lifeless body near his residence.

 

According to reports, Krishna was employed in Manipal. Dr. Arun K, Superintendent of Police in Udupi, visited the scene to investigate the matter.
