Udupi: Nirmala Eng Med School student Abaya Poojary bags gold in Int’l Karate Championship

Udupi, 30 Aug 2022: Abaya S Poojary, Class V student of Nirmala English Medium School, Brahmavar, near here bagged gold at the third International Karate Championship that was jointly organized by Karnataka state Karate Association, Karnataka state youth empowerment and sports department, Nehru Youth Center, Shivamogga at Nehru Indoor stadium at Shivamogga, recently.

 

 

He is the son of Sudhakara and Deepa couple, residing at Uppoor, near here. He is being coached by R Vamana Palan.
