Mangalore: Oralia Rego Emerges Grand Champion of Budokan Karate

Mangalore, 04 March 2010: Oralia Rego of Bendore here emerged as the women’s grand champion at the national level karate competition organized by Kubodo Budokan Karate Academy, Udupi at Rajangana of Krishna Mutt here, recently.
Oralia, the daughter of Ln Jossie Rego and Queenie Rego is the student of St Aloysius Pre-University College here. She is being trained under karate master Padmanabha B of Amateur Budokan Karate Academy.
She secured first place in black belt individual kata held for under 18 girls’ category and second place in team kata.
