International Yoga Day observed in St. Lawrence PU College, Moodubelle

Udupi, 22 Jun 2022: “By doing Yoga daily, one can maintain the health of body and mind. Students can not only achieve good health by doing Yoga but also can increase their concentration in their studies. Hence, let us practice Yoga daily and live a healthy and fruitful life”, said Devdas Hebbar, former President of the Old Students Association of St. Lawrence Composite PU College while speaking as the Chief Guest at the observance of the International Yoga Day in St. Lawrence PU College Hall on Tuesday, 21 June 2022.
The brief stage programme was presided over by Edward Larsen D’Souza-Principal of St. Lawrence PU College, Moodubelle who also welcomed the gathering.
Ln. Valerian Noronha-President of the Lions Club, Moodubelle, Mrs. Jacintha Natalia Lobo-Officer in charge of NSS, Mrs. Sarojini Kamath-Retired Teacher, Mrs. Sunitha Kamath-Headmistress of St. Lawrence Kannada Medium High School were on the dais.
Mrs. Sunitha Kamath proposed the vote of thanks and Stany Menezes compered the programme.
The International Yoga Day was sponsored by the Lions and Leo Clubs of Moodubelle and the Old Students Association.
The retired teacher Mrs. Sarohini Kamath conducted the Yoga Camp.
