Mangaluru: MLA U T Khader lays foundation to develop Kukkottu I & II Cross in Ullal constituency

Mangaluru, 08 Sept 2020: The former Karnataka minister MLA U T Khader laid foundation for laying Kukkottu I Cross and Kukkottu II Cross at his constituency Ullal, Mangaluru on Sunday September 6. The roads will be laid under the funds allotted by Mangaluru taluk panchayat.

 

 

Speaking on the occasion, Khader said, ‘Kukkottu locality is fast developing after asphalting the main road. The cross roads are developed in stages,’ he said.

 

‘The road linking Kukkottu with Gundya will be developed after getting funds sanctioned by the state government, he added.

 

Mangaluru taluk panchayat member B K Abdul Jabbar, Boliyar gram panchayat former members Ramesh Shetty, John Paul, Jacinta Pinto and Abdul Shukoor, Gousia Juma masjid chairman Abdul Latif, Rifai Juma masjid chairman Sameer, locals Hasanabba, A K Rehman, Basheer Gundya, Rafiq Mallige, C V Narayan Shetty, Abubakker Siddiq, Sahaya auto rickshaw owners and drivers Association former president Nazier Ahmed were present.
