Qatar: Uttara Karnataka Balaga (UKB) to celebrate 1st Anniversary on Dec 13

Doha/Qatar, 10 Dec: Uttara Karnataka Balaga Qatar, well known as UKB will be celebrating its first anniversary at DPS – Monarch International School, Wukair, here on Friday, December 13 at 4.00pm onwards.

 

The celebration consists of several famous personalities, singers and artistes performing on a single stage bringing the joy, grandeur and making the day memorable to cherish.

 

 

A well-known Kannada folk poet (Janapada-Kavi) Gyanpeeth awardee Dr Chandrasekhar Kambar, sandalwood prominent actor Upendra Rao, film and theater artiste Yashavant Sirdeshpande, sandalwood playback singer Nagachandrika Bhat, film directors Lokanath and Rajaram and compere Yogesh Mirjan will grace this event.

 

 

Gyanpeeth Awardee Dr Chandrashekhar Kambar will be the chief guest for this maiden event from UKB. Upendra (Uppi) will be the guest of honor.

 

Dhiraj Kumar, ASO (labor and community welfare), Embassy of India, Qatar will be the special invitee.

 

UKB members will present variety cultural events to enthrall the community.
