Udupi: Race-2018, zonal level Pry & High School Sports Meet inaugurated at Katpady

Udupi, 27 Sep 2018: ZP president Dinakar Babu inaugurated Race – 2018, Udupi zonal level 2-day Primary and High School Sports Meet at the newly-laid sports ground of SVS PU College, Katpady, near here, on Tuesday, September 25.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Dinakar commended the conveners in organizing zonal level sports meet at par with state level in Udupi district.

 

 

The international throw ball player Jyoti Belapu lighted the sports torch on the occasion.

 

ZP member Geetanjali M Suvarna, Udupi district physical teachers Association president Sitanadi Vittal Shetty, entrepreneur Amrut Shenoy and others were present.

 

SVS High School headmaster Subramanya Tantri welcomed the gathering. Raghuram Kotian and C Satish Shetty compered the programme.  Shekar Anchan proposed vote of thanks.
