Kaup: Elevated thinking is the spiritual foundation – Shri Brahmananda Saraswathi Swamiji

Kaup, 28 April 2011: “In today’s modern world human mind gives more importance to the external beauty. Thoughts flow for the desires and the powers. Thoughts should flow on panchaprana, raja and sathva. Elevated thoughts should flow upwards in mind with intelligence from heart to brain, then spiritual alertness takes place.  Elevated thinking is the spiritual foundation” said Dharmasthala Shrikshethra Nithyananda Nagara Shrisadguru Brahmananda Saraswathi Swamiji.

 

He was speaking in Kaup Shri Third Maariyamma Temple Brhmakalashothsava religious ceremony, upon felicitating the donors. He said to achieve spiritual happiness regular spiritual work should be done. Gurupura Vajradehi Mutt Seer Shri Rajashekarananda Swamiji spoke on the occasion and said that the belief in the spiritual system gives success in life. Spiritual life is the breath of our country and hence awareness needs to be spread about this among the young generation.
