Mangaluru, 11 Sep 2016: Valentine D’Souza, who was serving as sub-inspector of City Crime Branch (CCB) in Mangaluru commissionerate promoted as DySP of Dakshina Kannada district.

 

 

Valentine is a native of Santekatte, Kallianpur in Udupi district. He is the honest police officer served in Uttar Kannada and was a nightmare for underworld operatives.
