Udupi: Mass automobiles blessed on Deepavali at Bantakal temple

Udupi, 13 Nov 2015: Rajapura Saraswata Yuva Vrunda organized blessing of vehicles at Durgaparameshwari temple, Bantakal, near here on Thursday November 12.

 

Rajapura Saraswata Yuva Vrunda president Sooda Jayaram Prabha offered motion to the blessing rituals that was performed by the temple priest Srikant Bhat.

 

 

KSRTC Yalahanka – Bengaluru regional transport officer Balachandra Rao, the temple governing council vice president Umesh Prabhu Palame, Udupi district taxi and maxi cab Association – Bantakal unit president Henry Fernandes, senior teacher B Pundalika Marate, Shirva – Hindu PU College principal Vishnu Bhat, Padubelle – Vijaya Home Industries proprietor Ramachandra Nayak, Belle gram panchayat former president Sasidar Wagle, Rajapura Saraswat Yuva Vrunda president Praveen Wagle, secretary Adarsh Patkar, past president Anantarama Wagle were present.

 

Over 70 vehicles along with their owners partaken in the puja celebrations.

 

The Yuva Vrunda honorary president K R Patkar welcomed the gathering and proposed vote of thanks.
