Hassan, 03 Feb 2015: Prakash Rao Payyar was felicitated during All India Kannada Sahitya Sammelan that was held at Shravanabelagola, near here from January 31 to February 3, in recognition of his extraordinary contributions to Kannada and its distinct culture in UAE.

 

 

Kannada Sahitya Parishat former president Nallur Prasad and other dignitaries felicitated Prakash Rao Payyar here on February 3.

 

The former CM B S Yeddyurappa, CM Siddaramaiah, MLA Balakrishna Pundalika Halambi and others were present.
