Kundapur: Rosary Credit Co-op Society achieves total annual business of Rs 62 crore

Kundapur, Sep 24, 2014: Rosary Credit Co-operative Society Limited, with branches in Byndoor, Padukone and Basroor, near here convened twenty-third annual general body meeting at Rotary Laxmi Narasimha Kala Mandir, here on Sunday September 21 at 11.00 am.

 

The Society chairman Vinay Pais presided the meeting and said the Society has achieved a total volume of business to the tune of Rs 62 crore and earned profit of over Rs 25 lac. The building fund has been utilized to the extent of Rs 12 lac in building a floor above the headquarters and rented out to private people. Rs 25 lac has been spent on constructing office for Byndoor branch. The banking facilities have been upgraded with Axis Bank. All branches are covered under surveillance of CCTVs, said Pais.

 

 

Pais announced divided of 14 percent to the shareholders on the occasion.

 

Speaking on the occasion, the Society advisor Fr Anil D’Souza lauded the selfless service of Board of Directors for taking the Society in rapid strides.

 

The Society directors Martin Dias, A J Buthello and Philip D’Costa were present at the dais.

 

The Society deputy chairman Jacob D’Souza welcomed the gathering. Felix D’Silva delivered the introductory address. The Society CEO Pascal D’Souza presented the annual report. Pricilla Menezes proposed vote of thanks. Stany D’Almeida compered the programme.
