5. Every matrimonial listing shall be made available online for a stipulated period of time. The duration of listing shall be decided by bellevision.com and is subject to changes, solely at the discretion of bellevision.com

Bellevision.com will make all efforts to provide matrimonial listings in an "AS IS" basis as voluntarily provided by the sender without any pre-screening of contents, and without any warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise. However, bellevision.com does not take any responsibility for any objection / difference of opinion raised by any individual / organization.
7. Bellevision.com will make efforts to correct errors, if any, brought to its notice in reproduction of matrimonial listings within a reasonable time. However, bellevision.com will not be responsible / liable for occurrence of errors whether foreseeable / avoidable or not.
8. Bellevision.com in no way assumes responsibility or undertakes to certify, guarantee or warrant the correctness, integrity, reliability, completeness, security, continuity, and timeliness of the information provided by the sender, and appearing on the website.
