* Wash and soak rice for 4-5 hours.
* Grind it along with salt to rough paste to the size of small rava. Add coconut and turn for 30 secs.
* Pour this batter to a nonstick container and heat it but keep on stirring. Keep stirring right from the bottom. The lumps will form dont worry keep mashing them and do not stop stirring. * This will take about 8-10 mins.Wait till all the mixture forms a single mass and the consistency should be enough to roll out into small balls. Then remove from the heat.
* Roll this mixture into small balls by applying oil to your both hands.
* Boil water in a thondor (steamer), place slowly these balls in it, on the middle plate which has got holes. cover and cook/steam them for about 20-25 mins.
* Serve hot with coconut chutney / fish curry / dhal.
