Heat the ghee in a large pan and fry onion until brown. Add the ginger, garlic and fry for two minutes. Add the meat, turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala, salt and stir well and cover it properly and allow to cook for 45-50 minutes. When meat get cooked add coconut milk, nestle cream and yoghurt. Cook in a slow flame for about 5-10 minutes. Finally decorate with chopped coriander leaves.
