Cut tomatoes, onion, coriander leaves finely. Cut green chilies length wise.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, when fried add smashed garlic and fry till golden colour, add curry leaves and fry. Now add onions and fry well.
When onion turns to golden brown colour add tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes. add green chilies, tomato paste, maggie cube and fry for 10 minutes. Now add enough water to it and bring it to boil. add salt, sugar.
Finally add coriander leaves and take out from the gas.
