Crispy Mutton Cutlets

Crispy Mutton Cutlets

Ingredients:

·         Half Kg mutton mince
·         One cup cashew nuts
·         Four slices of bread
·         Two cups bread crumbs
·         Three eggs
·         One big onion
·         Four  green chillies
·         One inch long ginger
·         Six flakes of garlic
·         Half cup mint
·         Half cup coriander leaves
·         One tea spoon garam masala powder

Method of Preparation:

·         Cook the mince with little turmeric, salt and two cinnamon leaves.
·         Place the cooked mince in a bowl and remove the cinnamon leaves.
·         Add finely cut-onion, ginger, garlic, chillies, cashew nuts, mint and coriander leaves.
·         Add garam masala powder and little salt to the contents in the bowl.
·         Soak the bread slices and squeeze them to remove water completely and along with one egg and little salt mix the contents thoroughly in the bowl.
·         Mould the cutlets into designs that you prefer  such as heart shape, diamond or round shapes.
·         Beat the remaining two eggs with little salt in a separate bowl and dip the cutlets one by one and roll them in bread crumbs and shallow fry.

N.B.:These cutlets can be served as starters or as side dish or Can be used to prepare burger with sauce and green chutney especially for children.
