Delicious Nutri-Salad
Ingredients:
One large potato, cut into cubes and boiled
One cup boiled peas
One cup cut and boiled carrot
One cucumber cut into cubes
One capsicum cut into strips
One apple cut into cubes
Four leaves of lettuce
Four boiled eggs
Two tomatoes
One cup thick curd
One cup milk cream
One cup coarsely powdered cashew nuts
One tea spoon pepper
One table spoon sugar
Salt as per taste
Method of Preparation:
While boiling potato, peas and carrot add little salt.
In a large bowl put the boiled potatoes, carrot and peas and also cut cumber, capsicum and apple and keep in the refrigerator.
Take another bowl and mix slowly thick curd, milk cream, cashew nut powder, pepper, sugar and salt and keep in the refrigerator.
Before serving pour the cream mixture over the contents in the first bowl and mix.
Spread the lettuce leaves on the serving dish and pour the mixed salad over it and decorate it with sliced boiled eggs and tomatoes.
