Mixed Vegetable Dahi Vada

  • Grind the fresh corn coarsely in a mixer.
  • Finely cut the above mentioned vegetables.
  • In a big bowl put all the finely cut vegetables, mashed potatoes, corn, finely cut green chillies, ginger, mint, coriander, salt and chat masala.
  • Mix well the content in the bowl and make round or any shaped cutlets that you desire.
  • Coat these cutlets with bread crumbs and fry in as little oil as possible in a non-stick frying pan.
  • Place the fried cutlets in a round shaped dish or in a small bowl for individual serve.
  • Beat the curd with salt, sugar, pepper powder and pour over the cultlets and garnish with chat masala and finely cut coriander leaves.
