Mixed Vegetable Dahi Vada

Grind the fresh corn coarsely in a mixer.
Finely cut the above mentioned vegetables.
In a big bowl put all the finely cut vegetables, mashed potatoes, corn, finely cut green chillies, ginger, mint, coriander, salt and chat masala.
Mix well the content in the bowl and make round or any shaped cutlets that you desire.
Coat these cutlets with bread crumbs and fry in as little oil as possible in a non-stick frying pan.
Place the fried cutlets in a round shaped dish or in a small bowl for individual serve.
Beat the curd with salt, sugar, pepper powder and pour over the cultlets and garnish with chat masala and finely cut coriander leaves.
