Udupi, 07 Aug 2017: Every student has special capabilities, but their IQ levels differ. The parents ought to motive their children to learn the art of living that mere limiting them to get more marks, said retired teacher and intellectual Pundalika Marate Shirva.
Pundalika was the resource person speaking during PTA meeting of Narayana Guru High School, Padubelle, near here, recently.
Both parents and teachers play a decisive role in shaping the personality of students in instilling, perseverance, loving fellow student, to be positive minded, laying emphasis on newness and fostering national brotherhood, said Pundalika.
The talented poor student Soumya who secured 94.4 percent in SSLC and distinction holders Sharanya, Chaitra, Jevita Castellino and Devi were felicitated on the same occasion.
The school governing council senior member Ramachandra Kidiyoor presided the programme.
The governing council members Shivaji S Suvarna, ZP former president Katpady Shankar Poojary, Devaraj, donors Baburaya Shenoy, A P Bhat Podamale, administrator Jinaraj Salian, PTA president Krishna Jogi were present at the dais.
