Ruchika case: Rathore attacked outside Chandigarh court

NEW DELHI: Disgraced former Haryana DGP SPS Rathore on Monday was attacked outside a Chandigarh court by an unknown man. Rathore was stabbed 2-3

times with a knife. Rathore has been rushed to a nearby hospital.

 

TV images showed Rathore with injury marks on his face. Rathore’s condition is said to be stable.

The attacker has been taken into custody.

 

The former Haryana DGP was present in the court in connection with the hearing of the Ruchika Girhotra molestation case.

Earlier in the day, the court had ordered in-camera proceedings in the case.
