B C Rao was explaining through the devotional music abut the beautiful moments of Lord Krishna in the mythological episode Sri Krishna – Sudhama, at Durgaparameshwari temple, Bantakal, near here on Monday June 30.
B C Rao said that education without moral values is the cause for all social evils. The aim of education should be to reform an individual, said Rao.
Durgaparameshwari temple managing trustee Belpatre Vishwanat Nayak, former managing trustee Saralebettu Ramanat Nayak, managing Committee president Sasidar Wagle, the students of Bantakal school, general public were present on the occasion.
Bantakal School headmaster Radhakrishna Prabhu compered the programme.
The instrumentalists Vaman Nayak Parkala and Ramprasad Kabbinale assisted B C Rao with playback music.
