District Minority Forum organizes Elocution Competitions

Udupi, 17 Nov 2013: The district minority Forum organized elocution competitions for high school students at Don Bosco Hall, here on Saturday November 16.

 
 
Udupi deanery Episcopal vicar Fr Fred Mascarenhas inaugurated the district-level elocution competition.

 

 
 
The district minority Forum president Alphonse D’Costa welcomed the gathering.  The secretary Qassim Barkoor proposed vote of thanks.

 
Godfrey D’Souza, Qassim Barkoor and Kishore were the jurors of the competition.

 
Joylin Fernades, student of Milagres Kannada Medium High School, Kallianpur bagged the first prize.  Manisha D’Souza, student of St Lawrence High School, Moodubelle bagged the second prize. Creston D’Costa, student of Mount Rosary High School, Santhekatte bagged the third prize.
