Hassan, 28 Oct 2013: The former PM Deve Gowda urged the judiciary to consider the reign of all past CMs related to probe the role of allotment of G category sites, as only the reign of 3 CMs are under way, urged Deve Gowda.
Addressing the media persons at state-run guesthouse here on Sunday October 27 after paying obeisance to goddess Hasanambe, here, Deve Gowda said that the High Court that reviewed the writ-petition of S Vasudev related to allotment of G category sites, instructed the government to probe the role of the past CMs Dharam Singh, Kumaraswamy and Yeddyurappa. Deve Gowda was referring to the appointment of a Committee headed by retired Justice Padmaraj to prove the issue.
Deve Gowda urged the state administration to probe the role of all CMs from 2002 onwards in this regard.
Meanwhile, Deve Gowda challenged BJP’s PM candidate Narendra Modi who is free to address the public meeting in state capital and hopes to see the outcome.
Deve Gowda announced that JDS will stage sit-in in front of the residence of CM Siddaramaiah shortl, since the struggles for infrastructural developments for Hassan district in the past 5 years were in vain.
