Kundapur, 12 Oct 2013 : It’s the tale of a mother who had grown up her 3 daughters despite her husband passed away early, educated them and settled them and now faces uncertain future. It’s the tale of a mother that would bring tears on stubborn hearts.
The woman married to a man who is not so brilliant and was living with extended family of her husband, despite harassment from her mother-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in-law. When her husband passed away early fathering 3 daughters, her in-laws forced her to fend for her and her 3 daughters. She struggled hard doing odd jobs to raise her daughters and with her toil of 25 years, she managed to settle all of them. When she was hoping for peaceful living, she became unwanted for all her daughters and was driven to the street.
She is now 65 years, with kidney ailments, poor eye sight, suffering from BP and diabetes, nervous weakness. She had no choice when her youngest daughter deserted her. She somehow, arrived in Dharmasthala, while a Samaritan led her to Spoorthidhama Rehabilitation Centre, Koteshwar, near here. She has been in the care of Spoorthidhama since Wednesday October 10.
She is illiterate woman, hailing from Karadigodu in Siddapura of Virajpet.
