Over the years, the nation is weakened owing to internal conflict, greed for power and wealth by the politicians. The neighbouring countries are trying to exploit the situation by frequent incursions. One cannot imagine what would be the fate of the nation, if the security forces left the borders unguarded. Therefore, let us remember the sacrifices of Indian armed forces guarding the national borders on this sixty-seventh Independence Day celebrations,’ said Spoorthikdhama CEO Dr Keshav Koteshwar.
Dr Keshav Koteshwar was delivering I – D message at Spoorthidhama rehabilitation center, Koteshwar, near here on August 15.
Dr Keshwar unveiled the portraits of 21 brave soldiers who were awarded with ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ at Spoorthidhama.
Rotary Club – Tekkatte president Manjunat Prabhu hoisted the national flag.
