Hassan, 31 May 2013 : Let the state government give up the proposal of taking over the administration of worship centers, instead take action in case if there are flaws in managing the daily tasks, said Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari Dr D Veerendra Heggade.
Addressing the media persons after attending the re-installation ceremony at Rameshwar temple, at Tanniruhalla, here on Thursday May 30, Dr Heggade said that it’s not appropriate for the state government to interfere in the affairs of Sri Krishna mutt and Gokarna temple. Before taking the decision to take over the administration, let the government take action on alleged flaws in managing the temples, advised Dr Heggade.
These temples are refurbished and devotees are happy. If the state authorities pinpoint the flaws, we are ready to rectify, added Dr Heggade.
