Guddali Pooje for Kurkalu–Manipura Road

Udupi, 29 August 2012: Kaup MLA Lalaji R. Mendon conducted the Guddali Pooje for the Kurkalu Manipura Road. This road construction work has been allotted with rupees 20 lakhs as per the recommendation of the MLA under the Chief Minister’s Rural Road Development Project. In the Guddali Pooje ceremony Taluk Panchayath President Devadas Hebber, Jilla Panchayath Member Ida Gibba D’Souza and Taluk Panchayath Member Precilla D’Mello were present.

 

 

APMC Member Sudhama Shetty, Kurkalu Grama Panchayath Vice President Shashidhara Salmara, Kurkalu Grama Panchayath Members Bhuvanesh, Sudarshana Rao, Pushpalatha, Kurkalu Staniya Samiti President Giridhara Aythal, Ashok, Former President Devaputra R. Kotyan, Vijaya Kanchan, Asst. Construction Engineer D.V. Hegde, Asst. Engineer Janardhan, Contractor Haladi Praveen Shetty and the local people also present on the occasion. Shrisha Bhat Ambalpadi conducted Pooja ceremony.
