Shirva, 30 January 2012: When one feels jealous on the progress of others, as a result physical, mental balance will cause deterioration of the health. For the peace of mind harmony is important. Straight talking will improve the physical health as well as the social relationship. When a person’s talk, action and thoughts are same then he gets peace of mind and satisfaction and the bad thoughts are harmful to the health, said Shirva M.S.R.S. College Retired Principal Prof. Y. Bhaskar Shetty.
He was speaking upon receiving the “Rotary Felicitation” in the Rotary Family get-together conducted at the residence of Padoor Abbettuguttu Dr. N.S. Shetty. Speaking further he said that, in the last 42 years the contribution of the Rotary Club to the Shirva community is unique. The drinking water facility provided by Shirva Rotary to the College Campus is still providing pure water, this has contributed to the development of the Group of Education, he said.
Senior Doctor and Rotarian Dr. N.S. Shetty felicitated Prof. Bhaskar Shetty. B. Pundalika Marathe presented felicitation speech. Rotary Deputy Governor K.R. Patkar conveyed good wishes in his speech.
