Its direct impact will be on the human resource, so even in the education system and method also there will be regular changes. Hence the teachers will have to update themselves and through the training they have to develop their experience and have to shape the life of the children, said Poornima Shenoy of Public Education Department, Karkala Zone Resource Centre.
She was speaing in her presidential address in the five days “Continuous Training Workshop - 2011” concluding ceremony held in Belman Government Model Higher Primary School. The training was jointly organized by Education Board, Zonal Education Officers Office, Zone Resource Centre Karkala and Group Resource Centre Nitte, Nandalike, Mundkur. On this occasion “Training News magazine” was released.
Chief Guests of the program present on the dias were; Karkala Taluk Teachers Association President V.K. Rao Nandalike, Teachers Association District Secretary Laxmikanth Bhat, Teachers Association Taluk Vice President Sathish Shetty, Belman St. Joseph School Senior Teacher B. Pundalika Marathe, Kathavara School Senior Teacher Ramachandra Bhat.
Cluster Director Karunakara Poojary spoke on the occasion and drawn attention towards the children’s right, regular evaluation and the issues by which children might suffer psychologically. Mundkur Cluster New CRP Nityananda was honoured. Bolakodi Teacher A.R. Lakkundi, Baradi Teacher Crosy D’almeida shared the experience of the training. Hild Sequeira read the report.
