Shirva: Independence Day Celebrated at Health Centre

Shirva, 20 August 2011: On the occasion of the Independence Day Celebrations held at Shirva Samudaya Health Centre, Rotary President Ronald Sequeira unfurled the national flag and conveyed good wishes. Medical Officer of the Samudaya Health Centre Dr. Vasudeva Upadyaya briefed the significance of the Independence Day and also welcomed the guests and the gathering.

 

 
Chief guests present on the occasion were; Rotary District Zone-3 Deputy Governor K.R. Patkar and Shirva Rotary Secretary Leo Noronha. Others who participated in the celebration were; the health workers of the Health Centre, staff and members of Rotary Club. Junior Health Assistant Nagayya Hiremut compeered the program and also proposed vote of thanks.
