Udupi Jilla Billava Parishat District Office to be inaugurated

Udupi, 05 May 2011: With the message “Get united and become strong” from Shri Narayana Guru Swamy as their theme the Udupi District Billava Parishad which newly came into existence will be inaugurating its district office on 08th of May 2011. The new office in V. K. Towers will be inaugurated by Kanyana Shri Brahmananda Saraswathi Swameeji of Shri Rama Kshethra, said the President of the Parishad Shekara K. Karkera in the press conference held in Padubidri.

 

 

He said that the objectives of the Parishad is to convey the messages of Shri Narayana Guru to the young generation, uniting the Billava community at village level, helping the poor in the socity for education and health care, keeping the youths away from bad habits, arranging the various grants from the governments and keeping the youths away from the communal problems.

 

Secretary of the Parishad Prabhakara Palan, Treasurer Niranjana N. Poojary, Correspondent Naveen Amin, Ramesh Anchan, Sunil Bangera, Kishor Kumar, Y. Sudhir Kumar, Chandrahas Poojary, Harish, Mahesh and Banod Amin were also present in the press conference.
